In 1996, I graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences, with a focus on business and economics. This academic foundation not only provided me with solid scientific grounding, but also taught me to approach business challenges in a thoughtful, well-reasoned, and ethically responsible manner.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in both finance and human resources, in roles ranging from operational to strategic. What truly drives me is the interplay between numbers and people, their complementarity. I place great value on open communication and collaboration, with an eye for both analytical insight and the human stories behind the data.
I joined Moore in 2021 and have since been part of a warm and dedicated HR team that prioritises collaboration, quality, and respect for people. As HR Business Partner for Moore Law, I work alongside my colleague Louise to help shape a tailored HR strategy for this contemporary and committed legal organisation.
Both in my work and personal life, staying connected to what truly matters remains a core value for me.
