Tom Arts

Tom Arts is a curator and lawyer.

Since 1993, Tom has been a lawyer, first in an international context, then back in his hometown. Since 1995, he has also been regularly appointed as a curator, provisional administrator, and liquidator, and has been active as a recognized mediator in social disputes.

In 1999, he co-founded the firm that was the basis of Paqt Advocaten to then join Moore Law in 2024. In 2024, he became a partner lawyer at Moore Law.

His generalist view of the law - he is active in both social law and insolvency law - gives him the ideal experience to look at problems from a broader perspective and to offer creative solutions.

Tom strongly believes in a pragmatic and no-nonsense approach, always solution-oriented, with integrity and respect for everyone, which makes his clients consider him a trusted advisor.

Tom is the president of the municipal council of the city of Genk and the chairman of the board of directors of the East Limburg Hospital and the Maas Kempen Hospital. He also holds board positions in various institutions and companies.
