BIOGRAPHY

Tim has been a tax lawyer since 2014 and is part of Moore Law’s Tax expertise centre.

He began his professional career in September 2014 at the international law firm Linklaters LLP. At the end of 2017, he transitioned to Paqt Advocaten. Since Paqt Advocaten’s integration into Moore Law in 2024, Tim has been part of Moore Law’s tax team.

In 2017 and 2018, Tim was a research assistant at Hasselt University. Since 2017, he has also been a lecturer at UCLL University College, where he teaches several tax-related subjects within the Bachelor of Business Management and the advanced bachelor’s program in Accounting and Tax Expertise (including tax procedure, corporate taxation, and real estate taxation).

As an author, Tim writes tax articles for Fiscale Actualiteit, Monkey, Fiscaal Praktijkboek, Fiscaal en Notarieel Maandblad, VIP, and other publications.

As a speaker, he regularly gives seminars on tax topics for Fiscale Club, NCOI, ITAA, PXL Sessies, and other organisations.
