BIOGRAPHY
Sander has been a lawyer since 2017 and is part of the HR-Legal expertise center.
From September 2017 to June 2023, he worked as a lawyer specializing in labor law at the Brussels Bar, with Claeys & Engels, Janson Baugniet Law Firm, and Van Bael & Bellis. In June 2023, Sander transitioned to the Limburg Bar and joined Paqt Advocaten, later moving to Moore Law in 2024.
He advises and represents businesses in various areas of individual labor law (such as recruitment, dismissal, remuneration, privacy, health, and safety issues) and collective labor law (business transfers, employee secondment, and collective redundancies).
Additionally, he has particular expertise in international employment and social law obligations in the construction sector, a topic on which he has conducted several seminars.
