BIOGRAPHY

Sabrina has been active as a lawyer since 2004, specialising in labour law and social security law. She is part of the HR Legal expertise centre and assists clients – mainly businesses and public sector entities – with all matters related to personnel and working relationships.

After obtaining a Manama in social law in 2004, Sabrina began her career at the Brussels Bar (including at Van Olmen & Wynant and Loyens & Loeff). Throughout her career, she also earned a degree in Bijzondere Leergang Pensioenrecht (2009) and a Data Protection Officer certification from the Data Protection Institute (2018).

In 2011, she joined Paqt Advocaten, and in 2024, together with her partners and colleagues, she found a perfect match with Moore Law.

She combines in-depth expertise with pragmatic and clear advice, always tailored to the real needs of her clients. Endless legal texts and pointless disputes are not her style. Clients appreciate her direct approach and accessibility. Sabrina stands for "rolling up her sleeves and getting things done," a mindset she values and recognises at Moore Law. With a hands-on approach and a willingness to engage in discussions, she and her team excel across different areas of expertise.

She co-heads the HR Legal expertise centre at our firm and regularly conducts workshops on HR Legal-related topics.

Beyond her legal practice, she actively participates in external projects. She is a member of the editorial board of Limburgs Rechtsleven, served for several years as a jury member for the award recognising the most gender-equal company, and has been on the board of a local business association as well as a women’s football club. Additionally, she worked as a practice assistant at the Institute for Social Law at KU Leuven.
