BIOGRAPHY
Peter Meeuwssen holds a Master's degree in Law (UGent 2004) and has an additional specialisation in Fiscal Sciences (Fiscale Hogeschool Brussel 2006). He is also an accredited Advisor for Family Businesses (EHSAL Management School, 2012).
Peter primarily focuses on advising and assisting in the structuring and transfer of family businesses. He has gained expertise in asset and succession planning, family succession, corporate restructuring, international and European tax planning and real estate taxation.
He is also editor-in-chief of the Tijdschrift Vermogensplanning in de Praktijk (Journal of Practical Asset Planning) (Larcier) and also contributes to various tax publications including Fiscale Actualiteit, Fiscale Wenken and Modellen voor het Vennootschapsleven.
