BIOGRAPHY
Melody obtained her Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven in 2017. In 2018, she completed an additional specialisation in Tax Law and Practice at the Fiscale Hogeschool. Melody has been practising as a lawyer since 2018 and is a member of the Dutch-speaking Bar of Brussels. Since 2023, she has been part of the expertise centre Private Client Services.
Melody advises family businesses and high-net-worth individuals on cross-border and intergenerational tax matters, such as migration to and from Belgium, estate and wealth planning, and shareholder structuring.
She is currently further specialising through an advanced Master's in Notarial Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Melody handles cases in Dutch, French, and English.
