Marianne Van Tilborgh

Marianne obtained her licentiate in law in 1997 from the University of Antwerp and completed an academic teacher training program at the same institution in 2003. Since February 2007, she has been a partner at Essenzia Humans in Law, which merged into Moore Law in 2025. 

Her focus within the firm is on collections, an expertise that contributes to the financial health of our clients. 

In addition to the legal knowledge required for these cases, it is all about understanding the business context and implementing practical work processes. 

Thanks to her accumulated know-how, Marianne acts quickly and effectively in cases of non-payment, always with an eye for correct and respectful communication with all parties involved.
