BIOGRAPHY
Magali Van Lerberghe obtained her Master of Laws degree from Ghent University in 2021. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in private law, with a focus on the construction and real estate sectors.
During her traineeship, she specialised in construction and real estate law, assisting both individuals and businesses in various disputes and legal advisory matters. In May 2023, she joined Ockier, which became part of Moore Law in 2024. Since March 2025, she has been registered on the Roll of the Bar Association of West Flanders.
Driven by her interest in complex legal matters, she further specialised in public law, with a specific focus on public procurement. In 2024, she followed several advanced training courses to deepen her expertise in this field, particularly in the area of works procurement. She advises both public authorities and businesses throughout the various phases of public procurement — from the awarding process to execution and dispute resolution.
