Liesbeth has extensive experience in corporate law, including its international dimensions. She advises and supports companies in drafting commercial contracts (services, contracting, distribution, sales-purchase, etc.) and in resolving issues that arise during their execution. She also provides guidance on legal challenges related to working with self-employed contractors and foreign subcontractors.
Liesbeth places strong emphasis on preventing disputes through proactive advice, well-thought-out contracts, and strategic guidance. As a collaborative lawyer, she always seeks constructive solutions outside of court. However, when legal proceedings are unavoidable, she defends her clients' interests with determination before courts and tribunals.
