BIOGRAPHY
Liesbeth Van Schoubroeck (°1966, Turnhout) has been guiding entrepreneurs for 25 years in their relations with customers (liabilities, manufacturing, construction and works contracts) and employees (service agreements, labour and social law, social criminal law, well-being legislation).
She works to avoid disputes by taking a proactive approach, giving extensive advice and drafting contracts with due diligence, but is also experienced in proceedings before the courts and tribunals.
She has built up broad practical knowledge of cross-border employment and services (secondment, international employment, international agency, subcontracting, simultaneous employment).
