BIOGRAPHY
Kris specializes on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, with a focus on transactional work. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Kris has also knowledge and experience of real estate, including the structuring of real estate projects (usufruct, building lease, ground lease) and real estate transactions (asset and share deals). He has a deep knowledge of contract law.
Kris provides legal advice and also supports his clients in the judicial phase by conducting negotiations, mediation and litigation before the courts and arbitration tribunals.
