Ilona Lo Giudice

BIOGRAPHY

Ilona studied law at the universities of Namur (2002) and Leuven (2005). She then completed an advanced master’s in notarial law in Leuven (2006). Since October 2006, she has been a lawyer and is part of the insolvency expertise center.

Ilona began her professional career in October 2006 at the firm that helped lay the foundation for Paqt Advocaten and transitioned to Moore Law in 2024.

She completed the postgraduate training for curator-liquidator and has been a member of the editorial board of Limburgs Rechtsleven (business law section, including insolvency law) since 2020.

Insolvency and companies in difficulty (advice and disputes, procedures and mediation)

• Judicial reorganisation, transfer under judicial authority, KOIM, bankruptcy, dissolution and liquidation

• Creditor competition, privileges and mortgages, seizures
