BIOGRAPHY
Hannes graduated in 2009 from Ghent University with a Master’s degree in Criminological Sciences. He then decided to pursue an additional law degree. In 2012, he obtained his Master of Laws. That same year, he was sworn in as a lawyer and began his traineeship at the law firm Kurt Vanthuyne in Izegem, where he learned the ins and outs of the profession. From March 2015 to March 2023, he worked at the law firm David Lust, where he specialised in construction and building law.
Since April 2023, he has been working as an associate lawyer at the firm Ludo Ockier in Kortrijk, where he focuses primarily on business law, contract law, and corporate law. In 2024, he transitioned to Moore Law.
In addition, Hannes is also specialised in criminal law, traffic law, and corporate or social criminal law. He holds the “SUPRALAT-SALDUZ” certificate, which qualifies him to assist clients during police interrogations or appearances before an investigating judge.
