BIOGRAPHY
Floris obtained his Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in Taxation from KU Leuven in 2021. In the same year, he also completed the Advanced Master's in Taxation. Driven by his interest in business law, he additionally obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Law in 2024. Since March 2021, he has been practising as a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar.
Floris has a strong legal and tax foundation, complemented by extensive knowledge of corporate law. His approach is characterised by a results-oriented and creative-analytical mindset, allowing him to tackle complex restructuring issues from various angles.
Since May 2025, Floris has joined the Corporate Restructuring team, focusing on the corporate and tax aspects of restructurings. With his multidisciplinary background and pragmatic attitude, he offers efficient and well-thought-out solutions tailored to your specific needs.
