BIOGRAPHY
Febe began her professional career in August 2019 at Tuerlinckx Tax Lawyers. In 2020, she obtained a Manama in tax law before starting at Paqt Advocaten in September 2020 and moving to Moore Law in 2024.
She is part of the Tax and Estate Planning expertise center.
As a lawyer, she finds it important to always work tailored to the client and with an eye for the concrete situation. She stands for targeted communication and clear advice. It is indeed important to clearly translate the often complex tax rules. With an eye for detail and a results-oriented approach, she handles cases pragmatically and decisively.
Febe has extensive experience in tax procedures in the broad sense, with specific expertise in personal income tax and several favorable regimes in withholding tax (e.g., exemptions for shift work, research & development...). She also has extensive experience in double taxation (e.g., mutual agreement procedures). Additionally, she assists families in planning their assets, with particular attention to arrangements concerning the family business and the transition to the next generation.
