Dylan Casaer

Dylan holds a Master of Laws (KULeuven) and an additional specialisation as a Master in Social Law (VUB Brussels). He is also a Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Dylan is a lawyer registered with the Brussels Bar.

He regularly contributes articles to legal journals on HR topics and privacy law. He also frequently gives seminars and webinars.

In addition, he is a member of the Belgian Association for Social Law (VSR), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), and DPO Pro.
Over the past years, he has held positions in various public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and a hospital, providing him with valuable insight into decision-making processes within companies, organisations, and public bodies.
