Diede Janssen

BIOGRAPHY

Diede obtained her Bachelor's degree in Law with distinction from Hasselt University in 2013 and her Master's degree in Law with distinction from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2015. She then obtained her Master's degree in Human Resource Management with distinction from the Antwerp Management School in 2016.

Diede focuses on assisting companies in difficulty, seizure, and insolvency law.

Diede started her career at Robert Half as a business manager. Since 2020, Diede has been a lawyer at the Limburg Bar and our firm.

Insolvency and companies in difficulty (advice and disputes, procedures and mediation)

• Judicial reorganization, transfer under judicial authority, KOIM, bankruptcy, dissolution and liquidation
