BIOGRAPHY
Claire Finaut obtained her Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2020. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ Globalization Program at the Venice International University.
After gaining her first professional experience at the cabinet of the federal minister of Employment, Economy, and Consumer Affairs, she joined the Ockier law firm in October 2020 and transitioned to Moore Law in 2024.
Claire primarily focuses on public law, particularly spatial planning and urban development, as well as environmental law.
In 2022, she completed the post-academic program “Legal Aspects of Real Estate: Spatial Planning and Environment” at the Post-University Centre for Real Estate Studies at KU Leuven, further deepening her expertise in real estate and spatial planning.
Additionally, from 2020 to 2024, Claire was a lecturer at Syntra West in the real estate program, where she taught the fundamentals of administrative law.
