BIOGRAPHY
Cindy Deglorie is a trained translator and interpreter in Dutch, English, and Spanish. After her studies, she immediately entered the business world in 1997, consistently taking on technical-commercial roles. As a Sales Project Manager, Cindy was responsible for selling industrial land at Intercommunale Leiedal in Kortrijk for eight years. Entrepreneurs seeking space to grow their businesses came to her, benefiting from her guidance and support from the first contact to the final deed - a unique service that was highly valued by the entrepreneurs.
In this role, she met Ludo Ockier, and on January 1, 2024, she joined his team as both a real estate manager and his right hand. Eventually, Cindy chose to take on the role of COO, overseeing all operational matters at the Ockier law firm. Since January 1, 2025, she has been Business Support Manager at Moore Law.
Cindy embodies the hands-on West Flanders mentality and strongly believes in a no-nonsense approach and the power of teamwork. As a generalist, she always thinks in terms of solutions, and her keen interest and natural aptitude for HR make her a trusted confidante for many seeking a listening ear.
