BIOGRAPHY
In 2019, Catherine obtained her Master of Laws from KU Leuven, with a focus on economic and private law. A year later, she completed an advanced Master in Company Law at KU Leuven, Brussels Campus.
Her expertise lies in company law, with a particular specialisation in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In complex transactions and legal structures, she applies an analytical approach combined with a keen eye for detail to deliver pragmatic and goal-oriented solutions.
She handles cases in Dutch, French and English, enabling her to assist clients effectively in an international context.
