BIOGRAPHY
Laura joined the Corporate & M&A Team department of our Brussels office in 2022.
She became a lawyer in 2019, and is member of the Brussels Bar.
She obtained her Master’s degree at the KU Leuven, and later combined work and university studies to obtain a supplementary Master in Corporate Law.
Before joining Moore Law, Laura gained relevant experience in Business and Company Law, also as a pleading lawyer.
Merging this expertise in Company Law and specialization in Corporate Law, Laura assists companies in their transactional M&A projects, and also advises them in Corporate- and Commercial matters and agreements. Additionally, she also advices and assists Corporate- and Commercial disputes.
