Benjamin De Clerck graduated with distinction as a Master of law at Ghent University in 2020. He then specialised further with a Master-after-Master in Intellectual Property and ICT law at KU Leuven, Brussels Campus.
He joined our office in October 2021, and focuses on privacy and data protection law and IP/IT law.
Benjamin is affiliated with the Brussels Bar and handles cases in Dutch, French and English.
