BIOGRAPHY
Tom Vanraes specialises in business and company law, and is the managing partner and one of the founders of Moore Law.
His main focus is on advising and supporting companies, business managers and shareholders, and he has also gathered extensive experience as a pleading lawyer, representing the interests of his clients before courts, tribunals and arbitration boards.
Having developed a specific expertise in company law, he often deals with conflict situations between shareholders, acting in both a preventive and remedial capacity. He also advises clients on corporate & M&A matters (shareholder agreements, management agreements, share & asset deals, etc.). In addition, he provides advice and assistance in business law in general, and in the area of commercial agreements and disputes (commercial agency, distribution, etc.).
He is also a Deputy Judge at the Dutch-speaking Commercial Tribunal in Brussels, and is the Attorney for the Tennis Vlaanderen Federation.
Tom is a regular speaker on business and company law for various organisations, and also provides contributions to the specialist literature.
